Each Julie Anne product is handmade to the highest standards of quality, which takes time and attention to detail.
Items in our range that are ready for dispatch are available for immediate shipping. For other items, approximate production times are provided.
Please contact us if you need your item sooner, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We charge an additional 20-25% fee for rush orders to cover the extra costs. It is very helpful if you are ordering for a specific date to add the date in the "Additional Notes" section of your order.
In May and June, production time may vary due to high demand for products. To receive your item on time, we recommend reaching out to us early to avoid any disappointment.
Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped with great attention to detail. Our occasion hats are delivered in a box that can be used for storing the item. This box is then packed in an outer carton for extra protection. The cost of packaging and delivery varies depending on your location and the type of product. Please refer to the table below for pricing:
EUROPE: Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location, but we aim to deliver within 1-2 weeks from dispatch.
USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND: Delivery time depends on your location, and we will update you after dispatch.
Please note that these delivery times are in addition to the time it takes to produce your item. We cannot guarantee delivery times as they are beyond our control, but tracking information will be provided upon request.

All duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the courier once the package arrives in your country.
Your parcel will be fully insured, and once it leaves the Julie Anne showroom, the courier will assume full responsibility for the delivery. Any claims for loss or damage to the shipment will be the responsibility of the client. We do not take any responsibility for damage or loss after the package has been collected by the courier.
For made-to-order items, returns and exchanges are not possible. If the item was purchased off-the-shelf or is non-bespoke, we offer exchanges within 48 hours of receiving the item.
