TERMS OF SALE
JULIE ANNE offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. You may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
All orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Deliveries will be tracked and signed, no exceptions.
Once your credit card is authorised, you will receive a confirmation email from us. (Please give production time maximum 1 week, you will be notified if your order is ready sooner) In general, all orders can take up to 1-2 business days to process in most cases. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email.
JULIE ANNE is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to keep all our customers happy. If you need to exchange the size of your hat for another one, we are glad to offer the replacement within the 14 days limit of purchase, as long as the item is in perfect condition, with the tags still on.
All merchandise returned must be unworn with the original packaging intact, using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and other documents, if any, accompanying the items.
We will full refund the price of the item after we verify the item it is in excellent conditions and with the tags still on, within 3 business days. Original or return shipping costs are incurred at the expense of the customer.
The new shipping cost for the exchanging item will be granted once by JULIE ANNE and it is free of charge.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed with provided you have proof of purchase and before the limit period has expired – no questions asked.
